Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and efficient Moving and Packing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and unloading clients' belongings with the utmost care and efficiency. This role requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Pack household or office items securely, ensuring items are protected during the move.
• Load and unload moving trucks carefully and efficiently.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and equipment as required.
• Use moving equipment and packing materials proficiently to ensure the safe transport of goods.
• Coordinate with the team and follow planned schedules and routes.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
• Maintain accurate inventory of items moved, noting any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure a successful move for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in moving, packing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required for driving positions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
