Job Description: As a Sales Associate at Simploy, you will drive new business by leading the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing as well as identify leads, deliver impactful apples-to-apples proposals, and close deals with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Continually develop your knowledge and skills in sales techniques, industry trends, and Simploy’s product offerings.
- Participate as a key member of our Sales Team leveraging the EOS framework to support team health, identify and solve issues and maintain your activity scorecard.
- Manage and track sales opportunities with GoHighLevel and ClientSpace, from prospecting to closing.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and current referral sources to secure end-user referrals.
- Participate in conventions, conferences, and trade shows to represent Simploy and network with industry professionals.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Simploy’s services.
- Overcome client objections with a consultative approach, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our service
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and nurturing relationships
- Enthusiastic, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Independent thinker valuing autonomy and creativity, with a willingness to travel for company-sponsored events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in PEO, HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, sales is preferred.
